Purposes and Legal Bases

Pre-contractual communication and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests such as service security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent-based processing where required (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Recipients / Processors

Hosting and infrastructure providers, calendar/email service providers, payment service providers, and support tools under data processing agreements.

International Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are used (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention Periods

Booking and support records are retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, and defense of legal claims.

Data Subject Rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal where applicable.
